Yajalon is one of those towns in a valley with the side streets literally draped from the mountain on one side across and back up to the other... with a few arteries running the length of the city at the bottom. At the tops of the side streets, up in the mountains, the streets splinter off into dirt roads and trails that reach the homes of some of the poorest, or perhaps the people who don't want to be bothered with the bustle below.
