Our hotel in Palenque. Who knew after all the tourists in San Cristobal that a place could be worse ? Palenque is swarming with tourists and not of the lefty granola variety either... these people were from everywhere !!! Yoy, and so hot !!! But when you see the ruins you know why it is such a major attraction, they rival archeological sights anywhere in the world for scale and grandiosity and etc.
